iGame Malta, has confirmed that, due to the approaching closure of its former network, Entraction, it will be moving all its online poker properties, which include 24hPoker.com, Casinohuone.com, iGame.com, Pokerihuone.com and NoiQ.com to the Microgaming Network.
Tommi Maijala, iGame Malta’s Managing Director, announced that they are delighted to be joining the Microgamign Poker Network which will see them securing access for all their loyal players to the highest quality poker software, a secure long term future as well as good liquidity. Maijala added that the experience of poker is always their main priority and that joining the Microgaming Poker Network is thus a very natural development for them as they have always received excellent support from Microgaming and look forward to working with them.
iGame Malta will be bringing a database of close to 1 million players to the Microgaming Network.
The owners of Entraction, International Gaming Technology (IGT) recently announced that the network would be closing at the beginning of December, 2012 and advised all of the current skins to find new networks by that time. International Gaming Technology purchased Entraction last year for an amount of $100 m but has now taken an important decision to write off its investment.
Microgaming is based in the Isle of Man and is currently known to rank as the 8th largest site by its player traffic. Microgaming’s forthcoming release of fast fold Blaze Poker for mobile devices and its experience in mobile gaming have resulted in it being an attractive option for former Entraction skins.
