It has been revealed that Microgaming Europe Ltd. has recently been selected by the Nordic Leisure Group, which was formerly Redbet Holdings, to supply the Latvian market with a suite of casino games via its wholly-owned company, SIA Optibet.
The deal was signed through Livonia Gaming Ltd. (Nordic Leisure Group’s subsidiary) and comes shortly after Latvia’s first online casino license was awarded to SIA Optibet who went live on optibet.lv this week.
Chairman of Livonia Gaming, Niklas Braathen, reporting on the deal said that they are thrilled that after a thorough certification process they can now go live with their casino product in Latvia. Braathen added that it is their wish that the Latvian market will appreciate the product and that the casino will become a very important accompaniment to their comprehensive betting offer.
