Random Games, the online gaming operator which is behind games such as Macau Roulette and Dice Triple Wheel, has been ordered by the Malta Gaming Authority to immediately halt its operations.
Random Games was told that its license has been suspended indefinitely, and that it may not register new players. The gambling authority told Random Games to “suspend all transactions on all websites including deposits and withdrawals and submit all date and documentation requested by the Authority.”
Players waiting for any outstanding payment by Random Games have been instructed to contact the Malta Gaming Authority, giving all their personal and contact details, as well as a screenshot of their balance or pending cash out request.
“Due to the suspension of the license, Random Games Limited is therefore not authorized to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under [a Malta Gaming] Authority license,” reads a statement by the authority.
The MGA also said that it would no release any further information so as not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the authority or other licensing authorities.
The Authority would not disclose the reasons why the UK based online gambling group has had its license suspended.
Random Games’ website declares that the group has been designing casino, online, slot, table and land-based games since 2006, calling themselves “content designers for the gaming industry.”
