NeoGames, the online scratch card provider, announced the launch of its first venture into the newly regulated Belgian online gambling market. The group entered into a deal with a local operator in Belgium, Sonic SA, which applied for, and successfully received, an online gambling license from the Belgium Gambling Commission. Only ten operators thus far have received an online gaming license, including Napoleon Games, Golden Palace and Circus.
A new website has been launched by NeoGames and Sonic SA, to be known as GrandGames.be, bringing instant win games and online scratch cards right to players’ fingertips.
According to NeoGame’s subsidiary, AspireGlobal, which is responsible for the marketing aspect of the new Belgian venture, there are limited offerings in the market for players, but GrandGames.be would be bringing something fresh to the table with its “fun, innovative and easy to play instant win games.”
The Managing Director of AspireGlobal, Adrian Bailey, said: “This is a chance for growth and opportunity for everyone involved. By providing a brand regulated by the Belgian Gaming Commission, as well as localized, targeted marketing material, our affiliates have the legal comfort they need when planning their marketing campaigns. This means more players and better conversions for our partners, and increased revenue for the local economy.”
At present, players will be able to find 20 exciting instant games at the new GrandGames.be, and NeoGames said that it has plans to introduce new games in the near future.
