Microgaming, the owners of poker network MPN, has revealed that it is running a great holiday charity campaign and is making an appeal for people to vote for one of twelve diverse charities that were hand-picked across four regions of the globe. The charity that obtains the most votes from each region will be given a lucrative gift donation from the company for an amount of GBP 7,500 early next year.
The campaign is part of Microgaming’s “Play It Forward” which is a community-driven initiative focusing on the social pillars of health, education and sport.
The list of charities is set out below and votes must be in before next week as voting closes on Christmas Eve – 24th December, 2015.
ISLE OF MAN
Wish Upon a Dream – Every penny goes towards making dreams come true for sick and terminally ill children. Vote here
SUN (Services Users’ Network) – Provides advice and support for people with mental health issues. Vote here
Isle of Man Women’s Refuge – Provides a safe haven for women and children who need to escape intimidation, bullying or violence at home. Vote here

CLIC Sargent – UK’s leading cancer charity for children, young people and their families. Vote here
Street Games – Promotes ‘doorstep sport’ in disadvantaged communities. Vote here
Puttinu Cares – is based in Malta and offers a holistic approach of care for families with children suffering from cancer. Vote here
AFRICA
Save the Rhino – This charity supports endangered rhinos in Africa and Asia. Vote here
Change Heroes – Aims to give $2.3 million that was raised to date in more than 40 countries, funding water projects, schools, scholarships and more. Vote here
